The 3020 product series of 0.06-W UV LEDs are available from 365 to 425 nm, with typical power from 5 to 15 mW at 20 mA. The devices feature 5-mm through-hole lamp type UV LEDs.
The UV LEDs provide an alternative to commercial UV tubes. The product series features a 5−mm through-hole lamp type UV LED and is designed with a 20° to 30° beam angle for applications that require directed and concentrated light surface area, such as counterfeit detection and cosmetic retail markets. (Available for immediate sampling and volume production.)
