The GRF3013 gain block handles 0.5 to 2.7 GHz. It features a low noise figure and excellent linearity and comes in a standard SOT-89 package. The device has 16.5 dB gain at 2.5 GHz and output 3rd order intercept (OIP3) is +36.2 dBm at 2.5 GHz.
