0.5-W HBLEDs come in cool and warm white

Moonstone series ASMT-Mx60 high-brightness, half-watt LEDs are now available in cool and warm white, typically delivering 30 and 25 lm, respectively, at 150 mA. The RoHS-compliant silicone-encapsulated devices feature very thin packages with low thermal resistance (27ºC/W) and electrically neutral heat sink pads.

The LEDs have a 110º viewing angle and smooth radiation pattern. They are capable of withstanding high driving currents, a maximum junction temperature of 145ºC, ESD to 16 kV (HBM), and moisture to MSL 4. (About $1 ea / 10,000 — available now.)
