0.6-µA/0.8-V dual,quad op-amps are claimed industry’s first
The TS1002 dual and TS1004 quad op-amps are offered as the industry’s first single-supply op amps to operate at 0.8 V while consuming less than 0.6 µA supply current per amplifier. They are designed to cut power requirements at least in half compared to any other amplifier on the market. The parts join the TS1001 op amp which all are members of the NanoWatt analog family introduced last year.
Features include a single supply operation from 0.65 to 2.5 V and an offset voltage of 0.5 mV typical. The TS1002 is housed in the 8-pin MSOP package, the TS1004 in the 14-pin TSSOP. They are unity gain stable and have rail-to-rail input and output.
In addition, they are fully specified at 0.8 VDD and over the industrial temperature range of −40° to 85°C. (ea/1,000; TS1002, from $1.05; TS1004, from at $1.50 — available now)
