0.9° linear actuators offer high resolution

Size 23 hybrid linear actuators are offered with a 0.9° step angle to enable higher resolution and a full step linear movement of 1.6 µm. The actuators come in captive, noncaptive, external linear, and linear rotary versions and can be microstepped.
