Available in 0204 and 0207 case sizes, the MLF series metal-film MELF-style resistors feature power ratings from 0.25 to 1 W. Specifications include resistances from 10 Ω to 5.1 MΩ, tolerances to 0.1%, and TCRs as low as 10 ppm.
The resistors feature a thin-film nichrome resistive element, low noise, and environmental stability to suit applications requiring pulse-power handling and precision. The devices are available in standard tape-and-reel packaging on a 7-in. reel. (Ea/1,000: $60 to $600—available now.)
