Part of the GNM Series, a 0302-sized two-element capacitor array is presented as the industry’s first to provide a 1.0-µF static capacitance. The device, using a proprietary dielectric material technology, suits decoupling applications in mobile phones and PCs, as well as digital audio/visual equipment.

Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ at 2.5 V/60 s, and impedance and ESR are about 0.1 Ω at about 20 MHz. DF is 0.1 at 1 kHz. ($0.07 ea/volume qty — 10 weeks ARO.)
