0603 RF inductors specified at -55° to 125°C

The ST312RAG 0603 chip inductors from offer extended temperature ratings of -55° to 125°C along with a higher Q and lower DCR than similar devices. For a 10 nH unit Q is 38 minimum at 250 Mhz and 142 at 1.7 GHz.

DCR is 0.054 Ω maximum and I_max is 800 ma. The series has inductance values of 1.8 to 150 nH with 2 or 5% tolerance. Pricing starts at $0.99.
