0805/1206 chip resistor handles 400/500 V

The RCV e3 resistor family offers high limiting element voltages of 400 and 500 V ratings in small 0805 and 1206 case sizes. The devices have power ratings of 0.125 W and 0.25 W and high-temperature operation to +155 °C.

The SMT resistors offer tolerances of 1% and 5%, TCR of ±100 or ± 200 ppm/K, and a resistance range from 100 kΩ to 10 MΩ. Voltage coefficient is ±25 ppm/V. The devices are compliant to RoHS directive 2011/65/EU and halogen-free according to the JEDEC JS709A definition. From $0.03 ea/5,000.
