The 0805USBN Series of common mode chokes measure just 2.0 x 1.2 mm, with a maximum height of 0.93 mm. They operate to 6.5 GHz in differential mode and yield 5 to 30 dB common mode noise attenuation at 500 MHz. Eight versions range from 14 to 252 nH.
The series offers a DCR of 0.11 to 0.63 Ω and current ratings up to 500 mA. They target noise suppression in super high speed signal lines such as USB 3, HDMI 2.0, HDBaseT, DisplayPort, and DVI. They are also suitable for high speed differential signal lines such as USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, and LVDS and are compatible with the USB Type-C 1.0. Ambient temperature rating is -40° to 125°C.
