The XS1715 NVM Express solid-state disk drive features 1.6-Tbyte capacity and random-read performance that reaches up to 740 k IOPS, said to be more than 10 times as fast as existing high-end SSD storage options. The SSD provides a sequential-read speed of 3,000 Mbytes/s.
