The ABA3130 RF amplifier with integrated gain control provides a wideband operation of 50 MHz to 1.1 GHz. Features include a typical noise figure of 4.5 dB at 5 dB gain, a dynamic gain control range of 37 dB, and a single supply voltage of 5 V.
The amplifier accepts a single-ended (unbalanced) input and converts it to a differential (Balanced) output. Offered in a 12-pin QFN package, the part eliminates the need for a separate balun transformer on the circuit board. (Call company for pricing-available now.)
