The M1WB series of 1-W dc/dc converters are available in SIP, DIP, and SMD packages and have an 81% efficiency with 1-kV isolation. They provide fixed-input and a single-voltage output. The converters suit typical low-frequency analog circuits and IGBT power device driving circuits.
The converters have fixed inputs of 3.3, 5, 12, and 24 Vdc, and output voltages of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, and 24 Vdc. The operating temperature ranges from –40° to 85°C.
