The MSAU300 series 1−W dc/dc converter is offered in a surface-mount device package that is available in bulk or tape/reel packaging. The converters offer 3,000−Vdc isolation in a 0.60 x 0.31−in. footprint.

The dc/dc converters feature input ranges of 5, 12 and 24-Vdc, and single/dual unregulated outputs with comprehensive protection circuitry. They provide efficiency up to 81% and have an operating temperature range from −40° to +85°C. ($4.75 ea/OEM qty — available now.)
