The ME100SE series of dc/dc converters provide 1-W output power in a miniature 4-pin SIP package. Sixteen models operate from 3.3, 5, 12, 15 and 24-Vdc inputs, providing single outputs of 5, 9, 12, 15 or 24 Vdc. Standard features include efficiency as high as 82%, 1,500 Vdc input/output isolation, continuous short circuit protection and low noise operation.
The pin-out of the dc/dc converter package is industry standard and all case materials meet UL94-V0 requirements. Each model is specified for operation over the wide operating temperature range of –40° to +105°C with no heat sinking required. It targets board level power distribution applications.
