1-W RF driver amp suits MILCOM apps

Suited for MILCOM and infrastructure applications, the 1-W MAAM-010617 RF driver amplifier is a 30-dBm GaAs MMIC amplifier which exhibits high linearity over a wide input power range. Biased with a single +5-V supply, the part has a quiescent current of 420 mA.

The amplifier is tunable over the wide frequency range of 30 to 4,000 MHz. Additional features include a gain of 13 dB, a noise figure of 4.5 dB, an input return loss of 18 dB, and an output return loss of 18 dB. Packaged in a lead-free SOT-89 package, the MAAM-010617 is fabricated using an HBT process to realize a constant high linearity over a wide input power and frequency range.(Contact company for pricing and availability)
