The thermally enhanced, 15-lead package is 50% smaller than similar offerings. The integrated 8-mΩ high-side and 6-mΩ low-side MOSFETs provide up to 96% efficiency from 12 to 1 V. The QFN-package device is priced at $3.45 ea/1,000.
