10-Msample/s A/D operates from 2.7 V The TMC1173 is an 8-bit CMOS A/D
converter that provides full-performance operation from supplies as low as
2.7 V. The device uses a two-step architecture with an internal
track-and-hold and performs conversions at rates to 10 Msamples/s. The
TMC1173 has a SNR of over 40 dB at a 5-MHz input, integral and
differential linearity error of less than <_2b_>0.5 LSB, and an input
voltage range of 0 to +3.6 V. The device dissipates 75 mW when operating
at 3.6 V and 10 Msamples/s, and is available in 24-pin plastic DIPs,
