Tech skills are already among the most wanted abilities by potential employers, but certain areas of experience could give you an edge in the coming year. At least that’s what Computerworld concluded in their Tech Forecast 2017 survey.

Computerworld surveyed 196 IT professionals to find out the most sought-after skills, what’s driving the expected increases in IT head count, which emerging technologies are expected to be the most disruptive to business, and more. The unemployment rate for tech workers is about 2%, according to a recent report on data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, so the competition to hire qualified candidates is fierce.

Here are the top 10 most in-demand tech skills, according to the respondents who said that they expect to increase their IT head count in the next 12 months:

1. Programming/application development (35% of respondents with hiring plans said that they will be seeking people with this skill in the next 12 months)
2. Help desk/technical support (35%)
3. Security/compliance/governance (26%)
4. Cloud/SaaS (26%)
