100-MHz amp needs no external output buffer
The LM6181 current-feedback amplifier has a 100-MHz bandwidth, a 2,
000-V/μs slew rate, and an output current capability of 100 mA. In
addition, the device has a 50-ns settling time to 0.1%, and a differential
gain and phase of 0.05% and 0.04 degrees, respectively. The LM6181 is
fully characterized and specified at both +/-5- and +/-15-V operation. The
amp is available in 8-pin plastic DIPs and 16-pin SO packages. A free
evaluation kit, including a fully assembled evaluation board and Spice
