100-MHz oscilloscopes abound
Here's a survey of traditional, portable analog and digital scopes

A wide selection of low-to-moderately priced 100-MHz analog and digital
scopes is available. All models are multiple channel–2 to 4–and most
offer a wide assortment of useful features such as CRT readouts and
cursors, automatic setup, math functions, and built-in counters and
voltmeters. Yet the prices of these scopes are quite modest; for example,
most of the analog scopes listed–16 to be exact–are in the $1,000 to $2,
000 price range. Of the remaining 10 analog scopes listed, eight are in
the $2,000 to $3,000 range and two are in the $3,000 range. The prices of
the 100-MHz digital scopes, although obviously higher than their analog
counterparts, are also quite good. For example, most fall into the low $3,
000 to high $4,000 range. A few others are a little less or a little more.
Actually, there are more 100-MHz scopes available than those listed
here. Those listed may be considered the traditional, or mainstream,
portable scopes. Not listed are the modular types with plug-in front ends,
very specialized (and very expensive) types like Tektronix' micro channel
plate scopes, and PC-based scopes. Furthermore, the prices of the scopes
listed were limited to no higher than the $5,000 to $6,000 range.
