The CBRHDSH2-100 Schottky bridge rectifier, packaged in the HD DIP case, has a 0.7-µA reverse-leakage current. The 2-A, 100-V full-wave bridge rectifier suits power-management, solid-state lighting, and PoE applications.

The bridge rectifier features a 50% reduction in board space over four individual Schottky rectifiers in an SMA package. It features a 2.7-mm profile for space-limited requirements. ($0.28 ea/3,000 – available now.)
