The BRCP Film Bar MOS capacitor is designed for hybrid assemblies and offers high power handling with operating voltage up to 100 V. It comes in two case sizes measuring 120 x 35 and 240 x 35 mm.
Capacitance values range from 5 to 100 Pf with an absolute tolerance of ±5% and TCC down to ± 50 ppm/°C. The package allows for 7 or 15 wire bonds. Operating temperature range is -55° to 150°C. From $0.50 ea/high volumes.
