11,000 MHz DRO replacement oscillator offers low phase noise

The ESP-11000 phase-locked oscillator operates at 11,000 MHz and features a phase noise of less than 112 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz. The units are designed as DRO replacements for test and measurement or in Hi-Rel, ruggedized ground and airborne applications, such as SATCOM, electronic warfare, radar and telemetry.

The unit is phase-locked to a 200 MHz external reference and offers 3-dBm output power, spurs of less than 80 dBc, harmonics of less than 40 dBc, while operating off 8 V dc supply with low power consumption of 250 mA. Custom units are available in fixed frequencies from 50 MHz to 26 GHz, with optional internal references, in a connectorized DRO standard package of just 2.25 x 2.25 x 0.6 in.
