The LTM4601AHVMPV is an encapsulated 12-A switching micromodule (µModule) dc/dc regulator system featuring phase-lock loop and output tracking, and designed for military and avionics applications. The micromodule meets temperature specifications from -55° to 125°C. It is offered in a 15- x 15- x 2.8-mm military plastic land-grid-array package.
A synchronous switch-mode dc/dc step-down regulator with a built-in inductor, supporting power components and compensation circuitry, the micromodule operates from an input supply range of 4.5 to 28 V and regulates an output voltage from 0.6 to 5 V.
