12-bit A/D features Mil-Std manufacturing

The ADC-85 12-bit A/D converter has an 8 µs conversion time and housed in a hermetically sealed 32-pin side-brazed DDIP or gull-wing SMT ceramic package. The device is manufactured to MIL-PRF-38534 standards and is available in three temperature ranges, including -55° to 125°C.

The chip features guaranteed ½ LSB of linearity, an input buffer amp, five analog input ranges and parallel and serial digital outputs. The IC is pin compatible with previous versions. A commercial temperature range version is less than $225 ea/100.
