12-bit ADC provides high SNR and SFDR

The 12-bit, 550-Msample/s ADS54R463 A/D converter provides more than 200 MHz of signal bandwidth in applications where high resolution, accuracy, and linearity are critical. At 900 MHz, 500 Msamples/s, the part features an SNR of 62.5 dBFS and an SFDR of 70 dBc.

At 450 MHz, the ADC offers an SNR of 64.1 dBFS and an SFDR of 80 dBc. Available in a TQFP package, the ADS54R463 features a fully buffered differential analog input. ($175 ea/ 1,000 — available now.)
