12-bit sampling A/D runs from 3-V supply
The LTC1282 is a 140-ksample/s
12-bit sampling A/D converter that typically draws only 12 mW from a 3 or
(+/-)3-V supplies. The device contains a 25-ppm/° C max reference, a
1- μ s sample-and-hold, and requires no external components. The
LTC1282's trimmed internal clock provides a maximum conversion time of 5
μ s without the need for an external clock source or crystal. The device
is available in 24-lead plastic DIPs and SOPs. (From $14 ea/100–samples
