1,200-V soft-switching IGBT suits EV apps

The AUIRGDC0250 1,200-V automotive-qualified IGBT is optimized for soft-switching applications such as positive temperature coefficient heater applications used in electric and hybrid vehicles. The devices are available in a compact Super TO-220 package.
