Composed of the SDA13000 seria-data analyzer, D13000PS active differential probe, and a debug and analysis tool suite, the 13-GHz test system provides advanced methods for next-generation serial-data-bus design, development, and debug, as well as for compliance testing.

The 40-Gsample/s system can be configured with 100-Mpoints/channel memory. Able to work with integrated PLLs, debug tools include an eye-violation locator, ISI plot (to find the bit or bit combination contributing the most errors), periodic-jitter breakdown (for seeing contributing sources to total jitter), Eye Doctor, Wavescan, and 8b/10b decode-and-search capabilities.
