14-bit 150-MSPS ADC reduces digital feedback

14-bit 150-MSPS ADC reduces digital feedback

Reducing digital feedback in data conversion systems, the 14-bit 150-Msample/s LTC2262 A/D converter dissipates 149 mW. Operating at 1.8 V, the part offers a SNR 72.8 dB and SFDR of 88 dB at baseband.

Additional features include 0.17-psRMS jitter, 800-MHz full-power bandwidth S/H, and CMOS, DDR CMOS or DDR LVDS outputs. A separate output power supply allows the CMOS output swing to range from 1.2 to 1.8 V. Housed in a 40-pin QFN package, the part includes a clock duty cycle stabilizer circuit to facilitate non-50% clock duty cycles, programmable digital output timing, programmable LVDS output current and optional LVDS output termination.
