14-bit A/D converters are fast, low power

The 16-channel, 65-Ms/s AD9249 and the 8-channel, 125-Ms/s AD9681 14-bit A/D converters feature the smallest package size in their class. The AD9249 takes only 58 mW/channel and the AD9681 only 110 mW/channel at full speed and they use a single 1.8 V power supply with scalable power options.

Both converters come in a 10 x 10-mm package, feature a sample-and-hold, and achieve a spurious free dynamic range greater than 90 dBc and a signal-to-noise  ratio of 74 dBfs or better with an INL of ±0.9 or ±1.2 LSB, typical. Operating temperature is −40° to 85°C. From $113.86 ea/1,000 and evaluation boards are available.
