14-bit A/D delivers
high dynamic range
The ET2474 is a 14-bit 32-MHz sampling A/D converter that provides an
SFDR of 90 dB. Fully self-contained, the TTL-compatible device requires
no external components.
Other specifications include an SNR of 78 dB, a differential nonlinearity
of ±0.5 LSB, and operation at frequencies above Nyquist. The ET2474
is supplied in a 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.375-in. metal case. ($2,850 ea/100–stock
to 4 weeks ARO.)
