$15 Quark D2000 dev kit targets low-power IoT

The $15 Quark Microcontroller Developer Kit D2000 is probably the lowest-cost computer that Intel has ever made. Along with the very low-power D2000 MCU, the card has Arduino-Uno-compatible SIL sockets, booster-pack-compatible SIL headers, and a six-axis accelerometer and magnetometer with temperature sensor. It also has a USB debug port.
