1,581-MHz VCO offers low phase noise

Ideal for use in digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations, the CVCO55CC-1581-1581 VCO operates at 1,581 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of −120 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an output power of typically 2.5 dBm.
