The 16-bit LTC2470 and LTC2472 delta sigma A/D converters integrate a 1.25-V reference that offers 2-ppm/°C drift performance and 0.1% initial accuracy for precise measurement in space-constrained applications. Both ADCs provide guaranteed 16-bit no-missing-code resolution and selectable 250-sample/s or 1-ksample/s output rate.
With its internal reference, the LTC2470 can measure a single-ended input between 0 V and 1.25 V, while the LTC2472 can measure a differential input up to ±1.25 V. Additional features include an operating voltage from 2.7 to 5.5 V, a supply current of 3.5 mA typ, a sleep current of 2 µA max, and an SPI interface.
