16-bit MCU features Ethernet, USB

The H8S/2472F 16-bit microcontroller features an Ethernet controller, full-speed USB support, and 512 Kbytes of flash. The 34-MHz 3.3-V device also has an I2 C bus, and a low-pin-count bus.

The 176-pin BGA packaged MPUs IEEE 802.3-compliant MAC enables 10/100 Ethernet. Also on board are an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter, a 16-channel event counter, a data transfer controller, 8- and 16-bit timers, and a watchdog timer, ($15 ea/sample qtyavailable 2nd qtr.)
