The MAXQ622 16-bit microcontroller features a USB transceiver, stop-mode current of only 300 nA typ, and the ability to operate from a 1.7 to 3.6-V external supply or from USB power — with intelligent supply monitoring.
The controller has 128 Kbytes of flash, 6 Kbytes of RAM, dual USART ports, dual SPI master/slave ports, an I2 C port, an infrared module with carrier-frequency generation, and a secure memory-management unit for IP protection.
