16-bit MCUs have 24-bit A/D, 128 Kbyte flash

The ML620Q503, ML620Q504, ML620Q506 16-bit low power microcontrollers run at 16 MHz and have 32 to 128 Kbytes of flash, 2 to 12 Kbytes of RAM, and a 2 Kbyte data flash. They have 16-bit multifunction timers, a multi/divide coprocessor, an LCD controller, a 16-bit PWM, a 2-channel 24-bit A/D converter, a 12-channel 12-bit A/D, and serial interfaces.

The devices operate from 1.8 to 5.5 V over -40° to 85°C and come in a small 7 x 7 TQFP48 package. They have a clock monitor with automatic switching and a halt mode current of 450 nA. Sample price starts at $1.50 each.
