The 16-Bit R5F3640 and R5F3650 series microcontrollers deliver speeds of 25 or 35 MHz, 128- to 768-Kbytes of flash, with 2.7- to 5.5-V operation. They feature a 10-bit 1.72 µs A/D converter with 26-channels and offer power-on reset, a real-time clock, a precision 32 MHz oscillator, a watchdog timer with an independent oscillator and a critical-register protection feature for enhanced fail-safe condition.
The MCUs come in 100-pin 14 x 14mm LQFP and 14 x 20mm QFP. A 128-pin LQFP (14mm x 20mm) packages and operate at -20° to 85° C or, optionally, -40° to 85° C. ($5.45 to $11.50 ea/sample qty.samples available now.)
