16-bit quad DAC offers ±1-LSB INL and DNL

The 16-bit quad LTC2755-16 current output D/A converter with six software-programmable (SoftSpan) output ranges guarantees 16-bit linearity (±1LSB max INL and DNL) over the industrial temperature range without any adjustment. Each DAC output can be individually programmed through a parallel interface or can be pin strapped for operation within a single range.

The six output voltage ranges include two unipolar ranges (0 to 5 V, 0 to 10 V) and four bipolar ranges (±10, ±5, ±2.5, -2.5 to +7.5 V). Additional features include a single supply voltage of 2.7 to 5.5 V, a supply current of 1 μA max, a settling time of 2 μs, and a glitch impulse of 1 nVs. The part is housed in a 64-pin QFN package.
