The LBC-160 series is a family of ac/dc LED drivers that provide constant current output, a 90- to 305-Vac input range, and rugged lamp-base packaging cases rated to IP65/IP67 dust and moisture ingress protection required for industrial lighting systems. Five models provide constant current outputs ranging from 1.47 to 4.55 A at output voltage levels of 25 to 63 Vdc. Standard features include 92% efficiency, active PFC, 10-kV surge protection, short-circuit protection, and an analog or PWM dimming control input.
These convection-cooled devices are specified for operation over the industrial operating temperature range of –40°C to +70°C ambient. Cooling is by convection. The series can be used with a variety of LED lamps, reflectors, and mounting assemblies for high-bay and low-bay installations for warehouse or factory lighting systems; street and parking area lighting; and retail and commercial lighting systems. The MTBF of the driver series exceeds 220 kh.
