165 MHz low noise op amp takes only 3.5 mW

The PVOA201 165 MHz low power, low noise, fully-differential operational amplifier maintains low noise figures and high sensitivity necessary for baseband gain and filtering, data-acquisition, and A/D converter applications. The amplifier has 58 V/us slew rate and input noise voltage of 3.5 nV/√Hz, with single supply operation from 2.5 to 3.6 V.

The IC has rail-to-rail output and takes just 3.5 mW from a 3 V supply. Common mode rejection is 120 dB and input bias current is 800 na. The device comes in a TSSOP-8 package and operates over -40° to 85°C.
