The AED/ALD13B50 12-V sixteenth brick open-loop intermediate bus converter has a 38 to 60-V input voltage range and delivers 150 W with 95% typical efficiency. It suits low-to-mid-range routers, blade servers, and other equipment in the datacom/networking market where distributed power architectures are employed.

The converter is housed in a 1.3 x 0.9-in. industry-standard package. It features a 383-W/in.3 power density and is available in a low-profile open-frame design (ALD version) or with an integrated heatplate construction (AED design), in either a through-hole or surface-mount configuration.
