The ULS isolated dc/dc converters provide up to 66-W output power and 2,250-Vdc isolation from a sixteenth-brick package. The DOSA-compliant converters suit high current designs in telecom and datacom applications.
The converters use a synchronous rectifier forward topology to help achieve an 89% efficiency. They feature a 36 to 75 Vdc (48 Vdc nominal) input voltage range and provide 3.3, 5 and 12 Vdc output voltages. The PCB-mount open frame package measures 0.9 x 1.3 x 0.40-in.
