The BLG-LEDBLT-HGL blasting light features an 18-W LED that produces 1,530 lm designed for extreme durability in media blasting applications. This nozzle mount blasting gun light features a specially designed mounting system that allows the unit to be attached to the end of any standard blasting gun. It includes all of the necessary hardware and a protective lens cover that is used to brace the light to any standard blasting gun.
The protective lens cover incorporates a simple drop in, drop out system behind a twist-on lens frame, allowing operators to twist the lens off and drop-in a new one. The lens for this unit is offered in polycarbonate or hardened glass materials. The polycarbonate lens suits metal blast materials, while the glass lens targets smaller abrasives. This mounting system attaches to the handle of a blasting gun, limiting the operators grip on the gun.
