1ch buck converter integrated FET

The BD9G341AEFJ is a buck switching regulator designed with 150 mΩ power MOSFET. The device has current mode architecture which provides fast transient response and a simple phase compensation setup. The BD9G341AEFJ has an operating frequency is programmable from 50 kHz to 750 kHz. Moreover, the device includes additional protection features such as over current protection, thermal shutdown and under voltage lockout. Another feature is that the under voltage lockout can be set by external resistor.
