The Ace-Disk IDE/ATA 2.5 Series solid-state flash drive is a drop-in replacement for standard 2.5-in. IDE/ATA HDD in military and industrial environments. The devices support PIO Modes 0-2, allowing burst read/write rates of up to 8.3 Mbytes/s as well as sustained read and write rates of 2.5 and 1.2 Mbytes/s, respectively.
The solid-state drives are available in densities ranging from 64 Mbytes to 2 Gbytes. The series has a mean time between failure of 300,000 hours and operates dependably in harsh environments that include temperature from –40° to +85°C, shock to 1,000 g, and vibration to 15 g.
