The HCMOS XpressO oscillators with 2.5-V operation features a serial identification system with comprehensive traceability and a third order Delta Sigma Modulator (DSM) in order to reduce noise levels. The oscillators offer a frequency range of 0.750 to 180.000 MHz, stabilities as tight as ±20 ppm, and a frequency resolution to six decimal places.
