2.5-V oscillators reduce noise levels

The HCMOS XpressO oscillators with 2.5-V operation feature a third-order delta-sigma modulator that offers significantly reduced noise levels. The oscillators are comparable to traditional bulk quartz and surface-acoustic-wave oscillators at a lower cost.

Features inlcude a frequency range of 0.750 to 180.000 MHz, stabilities as tight as ±20 ppm, and a frequency resolution to six decimal places. Measuring 5.0 x 3.2 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm including footprint and pinout, the parts offer operating temperatures of −20° to 70°C or −40° to 85°C.
